"I took my dog here twice, and both times we were met with kindness. My dog was pretty reactive to other dogs, and the vet did the best they could to accommodate it. The vet and all of the technicians were patient with him and took the time to get him to trust them. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He fought for over 3 weeks, but his status changed drastically within 48 hours. After calling the office, they said we could come in for a walk in appointment. We did have to wait a little over an hour, but it was worth it to put my baby to rest and end his suffering. Before they administered the anesthetic, they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. This was the hardest thing I've had to do in my life so far, but Dr. Alice and all of the techs did their darndest to let his last hour be filled with love. Thank you guys so much. We will be bringing our new puppy here shortly."
